Section 58. Publication of list of wakaf, nazr and trusts property
As soon as possible after the 31st day of December in every year the Majlis may prepare, issue and publish in the Gazette a list of all properties, investments and assets vested in the Majlis, subject to any wakaf, nazr or trusts and not forming part of the Baitulmal.
