Section 189. Bailiff not to sell.
Where an objection has been filed and served on him as aforesaid, the bailiff shall not sell the property in question without leave of the Court, unless it be subject to rapid decay or deterioration, and shall in any event pay the proceeds of any sale into Court to await further order.
