On condition that the total commission payable on any plaint, statement of claim or counterclaim shall not exceed $ 500.00.

(ii) Any plaint, statement of claim or counterclaim whose value cannot be assessed but when ascertained by the Court in its judgment shall be the value fixed by the Court. The commission payable shall follow the rate above.
