PART VII - CONVERSION TO ISLAM
Section 108. Recognition of muallaf as Muslims.
(1) A person whose conversion to Islam has been registered in the Register of Muallaf shall, for all purposes, including the purposes of any Federal or state law, and all times, be recognised as a Muslim.
(2) A person whose conversion to Islam has been registered under any law of any state shall for all purposes in the State of Pahang and for the purposes of implementing in the State of Pahang the provisions of any law, be treated as a Muslim.
