PART VI - SERVICE
Section 45. Special cases.
(1) Where any person under disability is to be served, service shall be made on his lawful guardian, if any, or if there is no lawful guardian, on the person with whom he resides or under whose care he is. The Court may order that service upon the person under disability shall be deemed good service.
(2) A person in prison shall be served by serving the officer-in-charge of the prison, who shall cause the proceedings to be transmitted to him.
(3) Service on any member of the Armed Forces is good service if it is made on the commanding officer or adjutant of his unit, who shall cause the proceeding to be transmitted to him.
