PART VI - SERVICE
Section 38. Mode of service.
(1) Subject to the provisions of this Part and of Part VII, service of every document shall be personal, and shall be effected by delivering the document or by producing if for inspection and delivering a copy thereof. A copy bearing the seal of the Court and the signature of its proper officer shall for this purpose be deemed to be an original document.
(2) Such service shall be effected by an officer of the Court, or of another Court:
Provided that with the permission of the Court any document may be served by any other person.
