Section 272. Preparation of documents.
An officer of a Court may in his discretion, and shall, if so directed by the Court or the Registrar, assist a party who has no advocate in the preparation of any document to be filed in Court or used in connection with any proceedings. No fee, remuneration or gratuity of any kind shall be taken for any such assistance.
