PART V - MAINTENANCE
Section 92. Application from wives.
(1) A woman may by application in Court obtain an order against her husband for the payment from time to time in cash as maintenance which she is entitled to receive according to Hukum Syara' .
(2) A woman who has been divorced by her husband may be application in Court obtain an order against him for payment in respect of the period of her iddah, if the divorce was with one or two talak, or during her pregnancy caused by him, the amount of maintenance
which she is entitled to receive under Hukum Syara' and whatever other expenses which are fair and reasonable.
(3) A woman or a man who has been divorced from her husband or his wife may by application in Court obtain an order against her husband or his wife relating to the apportionment of their joint property (harta sepencarian).
