Section 28. Forms of summons and service.
(1) Every summons to appear issued by a Court under this Enactment shall be in writing in Form 2C (i) and Form 2C (ii) as set out in the Schedule and signed by the Kadi, and shall bear the seal of the Court.
(2) The summons shall state the general nature of the offence charged and the section of the Enactment under which it is punishable.
(3) Such summons shall ordinarily be served by an officer of the Court but the issuing the summons may if it sees fit direct it to be served by any other person.
