Section 26. Public Authorities Protection Ordinance, 1948
The Public Authorities Protection Ordinance 1948, shall apply to any action, suit, prosecution or proceeding against the Lembaga, Pengarah Pendakwa, Registrar, deputy Registrars, servants, agents or any other persons authorised by the Pengarah Pendakwa or Lembaga or officers or employees of the Majlis in respect of any act, neglect or default done or committed.
