PART XXXII - APPEAL TO THE APPEAL COURT
Section 245. Stay of execution pending appeal.
The filing of a notice of appeal shall not operate as a stay of execution, but the Court may on application and on sufficient cause being shown stay execution on such terms as it may think fit.
