PART IV - MARRIAGE, DIVORCE AND RUJUK
Section 76. Rujuk.
(1) A husband who wishes to rujuk with his former wife shall be required to fill in a prescribed form and submit it to the Registrer.
(2) If rujuk has been effected in respect of a divorce, the Registrar shall make an entry in the Divorce Register and the certificate of divorce shall be revoked and a certificate of rujuk shall be issued on payment of the prescribed fees.
