Section 15. Presiding over meetings.
(1) The Yang Dipertua or in his absence, the Timbalan Yang Dipertua shall preside over all meetings of the Majlis:
Provided that His Royal Highness the Sultan, if present, may preside over any meeting of the Majlis.
(2) If both the Yang Dipertua and the Timbalan Yang Dipertua are absent from a meeting, the members present shall elect one of them to preside over the meeting.
