PART XXXIII - POOR PERSONS
Section 251. Costs.
Unless the Court otherwise orders, no poor person shall be liable to pay costs to any other party, or be entitled to receive from any other party any costs other than court fees and out of pocket expenses incurred in the course of the proceedings.
