PART XXXIV - GENERAL PROVISIONS
Section 275. Repeal.
(1) The Enactments as listed in the Fourth Schedule are hereby repealed:
Provided that any proceeding commenced under the repealed Enactment shall continue to have effect as if this Enactment has not been enacted.
(2) The repeal shall not effect the retrospective effect of the repealed Enactment or anything validly done or subsisting under it or any right, priviledge, duty or liability created, aggregated or borne by it.
