PART VII - CONVERSION TO ISLAM
Section 107. Certificate of Conversion to Islam
(1) The Registrar of Muallaf shall furnish on every person whose conversion to Islam has been registered in the Register of Muallaf a Certificate of Conversion to Islam in the prescribed form.
(2) The Certificate of Conversion to Islam of a child converted to Islam shall be given to the parent who has converted to Islam or where both parents have converted to Islam, the certificate shall be handed to the father.
(3) A Certificate of Conversion to Islam shall be conclusive proof of the facts ststed therein.
