PART I - PRELIMINARY
Section 1. Short title and commencement
This Enactment may be cited as the Islamic Family Law (Kedah Darul Aman) Enactment 2008 and shall come into operation on a date to be appointed by His Royal Highness the Sultan by notification in the Gazette.
