PART XXVIII - POWERS OF REGISTRAR AND KADI



Section 210. Reference and variation of orders.


(1) The Registrar may in his discretion refer to the Court for its decision any matter coming before him for decision whether under this Part or otherwise.

(2) Any order or decision made by a Registrar, whether under this order or otherwise, may be set aside or varied by Court, either of its own motion or on the application of any person affected thereby, and the Court may make such order as may be just:

Provided that, unless for special cause, the Court shall not entertain any such application unless made within 4 days after the applicant became aware of the order or decision complained of:

Provided further that no such application shall have the effect of staying proceedings under the order or decision, and no order of the Court reversing the same shall invalidate anything lawfully done thereunder, unless the Court shall otherwise order.
