PART II - MAJLIS AGAMA ISLAM DAN 'ADAT MELAYU PERAK

Section 16A. Appointment of Director of the Islamic Religious Department of Perak.

(1) The Director of the Islamic Religious Department of Perak shall be appointed by the State Authority with the written consent of Duli Yang Maha Mulia Sultan.

(2) The Director of the Islamic Religious Department of Perak shall abide the policies and resolutions of the Majlis.
