PART XIX - EXECUTION
Section 151. Application of proceeds.
The bailiff shall apply moneys levied or received by him by way of execution in the following order:
(a) court fees and commission on the execution;
(b) expenses of execution;
(c) return of judgment creditor's deposits outstanding;
(d) where the case falls within Part XX, payment into Court to be dealt with in accordance with the provisions of that Part;
(e) where the case does not fall within Part XX, payment into Court to the credit of the judgment creditor, not exceeding the amount necessary to satisfy the judgment in respect of which the execution was issued and the costs of execution.
(f) payment into Court of the balance to the credit of the judgment debtor.
