PART IX - OFFENCES
Section 182. Abduction or causing a wife to leave her husband.
Whoever abducts or causes the wife of another to leave her husband shall be guilty of an offence and shall on conviction be liable to a fine not exceeding four thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years or to both and the Court may order the wife to return or to be sent back to her husband.
