PART VII - GENERAL
Section 200. Copies of proceedings.
(1) If the complainant or the accused or any person affected by a judgment or order passed or made by a court desires to have a copy of any judgment, order or other part of the record, he shall, on applying for such copy, be furnished therewith by the court:
Provided that he pays for the same such reasonable sum as the court may direct unless the court for some special reason thinks fit to furnish it free of cost.
(2) An application for a copy of the record may be made at any time by the Pengarah Pendakwa or Pegawai Majlis expressly authorised in writing by the Pengarah Pendakwa by whom no fee shall be payable.
