PART XIX - EXECUTION
Section 161. Application.
The provisions of this Part shall apply mutatis mutandis to a landlord who has taken out a warrant of distress, as if he were a judgment creditor, and to his tenant, as if he were a judgment debtor, but so that no property other than that subject to distress shall be affected.
