PART IX - OFFENCES
Section 179. Kidnapping anak dara.
Whoever kidnaps or entices with the intention of taking away any anak dara from the custody of her parents or guardians or from the custody or any person who is looking after her on behalf of her parents or guardians shall be guilty of an offence and shall on conviction be liable to a fine not exceeding two thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year or to both.
