Section 112. Birth more than four years after dissolution of marriage
Where the child is born more than four qamariah years after the dissolution of the marriage either by the death of the man or by divorce, the nasab or paternity of the child shall not be established in the man, unless he or any of his heirs asserts that the child is his issue.
