Section 36. Advocate refusing to sign retainer.
If an advocate refuses to sign a memorandum in the form provided, the Court may on application order him to do so. On any such application the Court shall have regard to any claim to lien or to a charging order. The costs of the application shall be in the discretion of the Court.
