PART XXXIV - GENERAL PROVISIONS
Section 255. Certified copies and lost documents.
(1) The Registrar may supply for any sufficient reason a certified copy of any document, including, with the consent of the Court, any notes of evidence.
(2) The Court may upon proof of loss of any document issued by the Court order that a duplicate or copy be issued upon such terms as may be just.
