PART XXX - COSTS, ALLOWANCES AND COURT FEES
Section 231. Subsistence and travelling.
In addition to any of the allowances payable under section 229 and 230 a party or witness may be allowed reasonable subsistence and travelling expenses in respect of his attendance at the trial or hearing.
