Section 166. Warrant of arrest.
(1) If an order for arrest is made the Registrar shall issue a warrant in the form provided.
(2) Before the warrant issued under the provisions of this section is executed, the judgment creditor shall unless the Court otherwise orders, deposit with bailiff a sum sufficient in the opinion of the bailiff to defray the cost of bringing the debtor before the court and detaining him in custody pending his appearance.
(3) A bailiff shall give a receipt and shall account for any money so deposited and shall return to the depositor any balance remaining over after discharge of the debtor.
