PART XIII - TRANSFER OF PROCEEDINGS
Section 85. Procedure.
(1) When a Court desires to transfer a proceeding to another Court the Court from which the proceeding is transferred shall send to the Court to which the proceeding is transferred-
(a) a certified copy of the order for transfer;
(b) certified copise of all entries on the Court's books relating to the proceedings;
(c) the Court's file of the proceedings; and
(d) any other relevant documents.
(2) The Court which orders the transfer shall retain the original order for transfer.
