Section 136. Intoxicating drink.
Any Muslim in any shop or public place sells, buys or drink liquor or any other intoxicating drink shall be guilty of an offence and shall on conviction be liable to a fine not exceeding five thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three years or to both and to whipping of not more than six strokes.
