PART VI - SERVICE
Section 41. Service at address for service.
Any document delivered at the address for service of any person shall be deemed to be served on the said person:
Provided that in the case of an address for service not within the local authority limits of the place where the Court House is situated any document may be served by despatching the same by prepaid registered post addressed to the address for service and the document shall be deemed to have been served when it would have been delivered in the ordinary course of post.
