PART XXXIV - GENERAL PROVISIONS
Section 274. Rules.
His Highness the Sultan may on the advice of the Majlis and by notification in the Gazette, make rules for carrying out the provisions of this Enactment and in particular, but without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, such rules may provide for-
(a) practice and procedure of the Registrar, Court of Kadi and Appeal Court;
(b) fees that may be prescribed under this Enactment.;
(c) the forms, books of accounts, reports and other documents to be used in respect of any act or thing done under or in pursuance of this Enactment; and
(d) the conduct of Court, form and the method of execution of instruments and the appointment of any officer or agent of the Court.
