PART XXIV - OBJECTION PROCEEDINGS
Section 188. Objection.
Any person claiming any property seized in execution or attached by a bailiff may file an objection in the form provided and shall serve the same on the bailiff and the execution creditor. No objection shall be valid unless served on the bailiff not later than the day before the sale.
