PART IX- OFFENCES
Section 157. Collections against section 124.
(1) Whoever takes part in the collection of monies or other contributions in contravention of section 124 shall be guilty of an offence and shall on conviction be liable to a fine not exceeding two thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year or to both.
(2) All things which are use in the commission of the offence under subsection (1) including monies already collected may be forfeited and when forfeited shall be credited into Baitul-Mal Fund.
