PART VIII - PLEADINGS
Section 56. Counterclaim.
(1) Every counterclaim shall contain the like matter and particulars as a statement of claim and shall be signed by the defendant or his advocate.
(2) A counterclaim shall not be made against any person not then a party to the action, but, if a cross action is brought, and order for consolidation may be made in a proper case.
