PART I - PRELIMINARY Chapter 1
Section 1. Short title and commencement.
This Enactment may be cited as the Syariah Criminal Procedure Enactment 1988 and shall come into force on such date as His Royal Highness the Sultan may by notification in the Gazette appoint:
Provided that His Royal Highness the Sultan may appoint different dates for the coming into force of the different parts or provisions of this Enactment.
