PART VI - MISCELLANEOUS

Section 24. Pengarah Pendakwa may direct prosecution.

(1) The Pengarah Pendakwa may direct any prosecution for any offence under this Enactment or any rules made thereunder.

(2) Registrar, deputy Registrar, any any person duly authorised in writing by the Pengarah Pendakwa may conduct any such prosecution.
