Section 97. Charges to be in Form 4B in Schedule.
(1) All charges upon which persons are tried before the court shall be brought in the name of the Pengarah Pendakwa, and be as nearly as possible in accordance with Form 4B in the Schedule and shall be signed by the Pengarah Pendakwa or by some person authorised by him in that behalf, and in the letter case the words "By authority of the Pengarah Pendakwa" shall be prefixed to the signature.
(2) The proceedings shall not abate or determine by reason of the death or removal or transfer from office of the Pengarah Pendakwa.
