ENACTMENT No. 9 Of 1988 SYARIAH CRIMINAL CODE ENACTMENT 1988
PART I - PRELIMINARY
Section 1. Short title and commencement.
This Enactment may be cited as the Syariah Criminal Code Enactment 1988 and shall come into force on such date as His Royal Highness the Sultan may by notification in the Gazette appoint:
Provided that His Royal Highness the Sultan may appoint different dates by notification in the Gazettefor the coming into force of the different sections or parts in this Code.
