Section 52. Action to be taken after arrest without warrant.
(1) Any person arrested without a warrant shall without unnecessary delay within twenty four hours from the time of arrest exc1usive of the time necessary for the journey, be produced before the nearest court.
(2) When a person is brought before any court under subsection (1), the Court may release him on bail either in cash or by executing a bond with or without sureties for his appearance in any court if required or may order him to be in custody until conclusion of his trial.
