ADMINISTRATION OF ISLAMIC LAW (KEDAH DARUL AMAN) ENACTMENT 2008.

PART I - PRELIMINARY

Section 1. Short title and commencement

(1) This enactment may be cited as the Administration of Islamic Law (Kedah Darul Aman) Enactment 2008.

(2) This Enactment shall come into operation on a date to be appointed by His Royal Highness the Sultan by notification in the Gazette.

(3) His Royal Highness the Sultan may appoint different dates for the coming into operation of different parts of this Enactment.
