Section 154. Power to call for records of inferior court.
The Mahkamah Rayuan may call for and examine the record of any proceedings before any inferior court for the purpose of satisfying itself as to the correctness, legality or propriety of any findings, sentence or order recorded or passed and as to the regularity of any proceedings of such inferior court.
