PART IV - SUMMONS
Section 25. Forms of summons.
(1) Every action shall be commenced by summons which shall be in the form provided.
(2) The statement of claim shall be endorsed on the back of the summons and shall comply with the requirement of section 53.
(3) Where, by reason of its length, it is impracticable to endorse the whole of the statement of claim on the back of the summons the same may be continued in a separate sheet or sheets of paper attached to the summons.
