Section 53. Request for opinion of Fatwa Committee.
If in any Court Civil other than a Syariah Court any question on Hukum Syarak calls for a decision, the Court Civil may request for the opinion of the Fatwa Committee on the question, and the Mufti may certify the opinion of the Fatwa Committee to the requesting Court Civil.
