PART II - OFFENCES
Section 17. Enticing other person's wife and preventing married couple from cobiting.
(1) Any person who entices or causes other person's wife to abscond or leave her matrimonial home shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable, on conviction, to a fine not exceeding two thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year or to both and the Court shall order the said wife to return to her husband.
(2) Any person who prevents married couple from cohabiting as legally married couple shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable, on conviction, to a fine not exceeding one year or to both and the Court shall order the married couple to cohabit as legally married couple.
