PART XXXI - CONTEMPT OF COURT
Section 241. Proceedings without authority.
Any person doing any act or taking any proceeding in the name or on behalf of another person, not being, and knowing himself not to be, lawfully authorized thereunto, shall be guilty of contempt of court.
