CONTROL AND RESTRICTION OF THE PROPAGATION OF NON-ISLAMIC RELIGIONS ENACTMENT 1980

Section 15. Conduct of prosecution.

(1) No prosecution in respect of any offence under this Enactment or any regulation made under this Enactment shall be instituted except by or with the consent in writing of the Public Prosecutor.

(2) Proceeding in respect of any offence under this Enactment or any regulations may with the written authorization of, the Public Prosecutor, be conducted by an authorised officer.
