PART XXX - COSTS, ALLOWANCES AND COURT FEES

Section 234. Court fees.

(1) The fees and percentages set out in the Third Schedule hereto shall be taken and paid in respect of all causes, matters and proceedings in Court.

(2) All such fees and percentages shall be paid in cash:

Provided that in proceedings by or against the Majlis or the Government, the Majlis or the Government shall not be required to pay any Court fees.
