Section 11. Temporary appointments.
(1) In the event of the temporary absence or incapability of any member of the Majlis, His Royal Highness the Sultan may appoint another person whom he thinks fit to temporarily replace the member.
(2) The appointment under subsection (1) shall expire seven days after the true member gives a written notice to the Yang Dipertua of his ability to resume his duties.
(3) A copy of the notice under subsection (2) shall also be served on the temporary member.
